Production
We have 3 fundamental units:
Molding, Injection and Machining.
Molding
Thanks to the machine park that our company has in the design and production of new molds,we offer fast and guaranteed solutions to our customers. In addition to mold design and production, we carry out the necessary modifications and modifications in order to increase the efficiency of the molds.
We have a total of 4 aluminum injection machines, 2 of which are 400 tons and 2 are 550 tons. We have the flexibility to produce different kinds of products in high quantities in our machines.

Our machines have automatic bucket, automatic lubrication and robotic multi-axis arm to maximize production quality.
Injection
Machining
After the injection stage, the runners of the products are separated and the transition to the leveling stage is made. We use state-of-the-art multi-axis and high precision CNC machines in our machining unit.

Our Approach to Quality
After making sure of the quality of the products we produce in accordance with the standards, we offer them to our customers. In this sense, quality control and measurement activities are carried out continuously within the facility by our Quality Unit until the aluminum raw material evolves into the final product.
